Team Reddy Gains More Momentum With Key Endorsements - Leading Secretary of State Candidate Secures Support Of Influential Legislators

The Weekly - Shyam Reddy, leading candidate for Georgia Secretary of State, today announced endorsements from a range of prominent legislators in the Georgia House and Senate. This follows a strong fundraising quarter in which he reported a total amount raised of nearly $500,000 and the largest war chest among all candidates, Democrat or Republican.
Reddy welcomed the endorsements saying, “These elected officials have stood for honest government and real change and I am honored to have earned their support. They believe as I do that Georgia needs a new brand of leadership that represents the people rather than the powerful.” He added, however, “I’m not interested in following the old political rules where lining up a laundry list of endorsements is essential. The only endorsement that matters to me is the one on election day – from the Georgia voters.”
